Floralina & Co deliver throughout the Gold Coast and wider areas by our trusted and dedicated driver.

Orders placed before 11am will be delivered on the same day unless otherwise stated. Pick up is also available from our shop in Runaway Bay with 2 dedicated florist only parking spaces right outside our door.

Flowers are guaranteed for same day delivery if the order is placed online by 11am, and 10am for same day delivery on Saturday. Delivery is unavailable on Sundays and Public holidays with the exception of Mother’s Day.

For all deliveries please include all necessary information including, unit numbers and access codes for gated communities. If flowers cannot be delivered or left in a safe and secure place, an additional delivery fee will be charged for re-delivery. If an incorrect delivery address is received, an additional fee may be charged. Please include the recipient’s contact number in case we need to contact them regarding the delivery.

During busy peak periods like Valentines Day and Mother’s Day, we may be required to cut off, same day delivery times, earlier.

Our couriers take pride in their job and always take extreme care in handling your flowers to ensure they arrive safely. If we cannot access the premises due to locked gates or unleashed dogs, the flowers will be brought back to the store. We will contact you to give you the option to pick up from our store or arrange redelivery, this will incur the original delivery charges. If Floralina & Co is responsible for the redelivery, a fee will not apply.

Floralina & Co hold no liability for the flowers once delivered.
